Kati and I have made our first home made burgers from scratch even making the buns.

Buns

12 cups of self raising flour 

5 cups of warm milk 

2tps of sugar 

1 tea spoon on salt 

15g of yeast 

Cook time 

Bake for 15 minutes 

Let them rest for 5-10 minutes 

Fillings 

Homemade meat parties 

Tomato 

Cucumber 

Onion 

Ranch dressing 

Cheese 

Grilled nights

Grilled - I love knowing people especially when they come with some tasty benefits in this instance it is grilled a local burger shop around Australia. It has some of the best burgers going around with out, Kati and I had a godly experience with grilled tonight having all what is on offer and ( all for free ) from a good friend.

Rain days - go away and come again another day.

The weather should never be like this in Australia so shit. At least the weather will never ruin the spirit to drink 🍻🚬. 

Surf lessons for Kati

Surfing down at the Gold Coast with some of the best waves around the world. Evidently there wasn't the best waves in the photo ^^ that's was taken at the over pass at currumbin about 20-30 mins drive from surfaces paradise. Such a sick little beach to soak in some amazing views. ❤  

Kati and I hired a couple of boards out from the surf shop and had a dope couple of hours on burleigh heads beach such a perfect day filled with sun surf and  sick memory's. Kati hates the fact that I can catch more waves then her but she is a  natural surf girl though,As you can see above 👌🏄

So wrecked after a day out in the surf unable to do anything except have a cold beer.

Estonia Tallinn

The day started off in Lappeenranta and where we had a 3 hour bus ride to Helsinki Suomi, where we then got on a viking curse to Estonia, Tallinn. The first the few photos are of Kati and I celebrating our voyage to Estonia. when we arrived to Estonia we had definitely had a few to many beverages to start ones day but we where on top of the world. I had one of the best days of my life, walking around a beautiful city with a beautiful girl hand in hand with nothing  to lose. We managed to get perfect weather the hole day witch was incredible because when we booked the trip we looked at the fore cast and it was suppose to be the worst weather man kind had ever seen but on the day it was perfect.

  

We had the pleasure of having the most spectacular sunset on the cruse back unfortunately we had defiantly felt the alcohol we had been consuming since 10 o'clock by the time it came around though "sad face". The only thing I wish we had more time to see more of Tallinn it is such a nice city with so much history and amazing old buildings. Kati and I will defiantly be  back there again in the near future. SUCH CHEAP ALCOHOL :D

Peace Beach

I like to call this beach/ lake peace beach, its somewhere I like come to get out of the house and chill out on a sunny day. So I just got A quick flick of one of the best little Suomi beach to relax and get a tan at in my opinion. Its located in Taipalsaari witch is about 15mins drive from Lappeenranta.
